中基惠通提供通关、外汇、付款、退税等一站式标准化出口服务，为客户提供以中信银行“外贸e贷”、中信保统保、人保货运险为代表的金融、出口信保、物流、跨境电商、海外仓等多种增值 服务，以及科技软件、元宇宙展销平台、视觉设计、新媒体营销等支持性服务。公司旗下的潜海科技已获评高新技术企业，旗下的应思特传媒亦取得了亚马逊SPN专业服务商认证，二者合力驱动平台，以数字科技赋能客户开拓业务。

China-Base Ningbo Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. is a third-party comprehensive service platform specializing in foreign trade, which is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of China-Base Ningbo Group Co., Ltd., a leading foreign trade enterprise in Ningbo. We provide a comprehensive suite of services for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, encompassing foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce, finance, logistics, overseas warehousing, exhibition, and digital technology and media. With seven holding subsidiaries, we proudly serve over 10,000 clients and collaborate with more than 60,000 factories, achieving an annual export value of nearly $1.7 billion. Year after year, we rank among the top in Ningbo.
We offer a one-stop standardized export service package, encompassing customs clearance, foreign exchange, payment and tax refund. Additionally, we provide value-added services such as finance represented by CITIC Bank's "Foreign Trade E-loan", export credit insurance from Sinosure, freight insurance from PICC, logistics solutions, cross-border e-commerce services, overseas warehousing, as well as supportive services like technological software, metaverse exhibition platforms, visual design, and new media marketing. Qianhai Tech, a subsidiary of our enterprise, has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, while Insta, another subsidiary, has obtained the Amazon SPN professional service provider certification.
